right ive sen a few posts of this nature , 9/10 ill jump in the car go to start it and just get click try again and it starts ? the battery is good i hav cleaned the terminals at the starter motor and changed the starter still the same ive got a toad 606i fitted and not sure if im getting a drop from the immobilizer?? ive got a auto electrician looking at it thursday??? some times i dont even get a click ??

I had this problem before and it turned out to be a dodgy positve battery connection. Until I got the connector replaced I wrapped some tin foil round the positive terminal on the battery and reconnected, which worked well as a temporary fix.
Hope yours is something equally simple.
