Turbo housing sizes?

When referances are made to the hot and cold side diameters as .66, .82 etc. is this measurement in mm - 66mm, 82mm....:confused:

Its a little more Complex than that. If you do a search on the net you\'ll find a description on AR sizes, Its more to do with the Volume the Housing Holds there is a Formular for working out the Volume of the Snail housing. But i\'m not that clever :)
