Hi

Does anyone know where would keep one of these in stock to save me having to order one?

They are about £80 bud. I just went to my vet and got a big syringe ( and strange looks!), and I used a 1 way valve and some tube.

Mind you, my car STILL isnt fixed !

I don\'t care about the cost, I just want it to work now, if I can\'t get it working soon i\'m selling it I just don\'t have the time to keep trying to fix it.

Thats the one, i was just hoping to find somwhere locally that stocks one so I can go and collect it and get on with fixing the bloody thing.

Thats the one that only lets you read vacumm though isn\'t it?

Don\'t mean to sound stupid.... but what the hell does that thing do??? looks like a rivet gun that does tyre pressurs to me!!!!

It allows you to apply vacum to things and the next one up allows you to apply vacuum and pressure to things, for example on a FD it would be used to test vacuum lines for solenoids etc to make sure there all doing the job.

I see now!!!!!!!

This link is very useful and how I tested my solenoids...

There are vids of good solenoids and bad ones at the bottom.

Dont forget you can test 1 way check valves to see if they are working and hold boost !!
