smallest T04 houding

Hello all

Im jus tbaout to order my new T4 turbo and i want smallest T4 housing

for min lag, instant response not bothered about top end

Ive got a choice of  0.81 0.84 and 0.96

which is it to be?

0.81a/r is the smallest, but I wouldn\'t recommend one on a rotary. I\'d go with the 0.96 personally, I\'ve got a HKS T04R which has a 0.81a/r, unfortunately I didn\'t have a choice in the matter but I was looking at getting a bigger exhaust housing a while back. Haven\'t actually driven the car yet so can\'t tell you how it performs.

Everyone I\'ve spoken to recommends a biggish exhaust a/r for a rotary, but it\'s  your call.

I knwo everyone prefers 0.90 to 1.10 but to be honest i realy not that bothered about top end power i lvoed it on twins but its to much to rebuild those buggers so as close as possible i cen get it to the twins performance the happier i am

plus if once i do come to sell it and next owner wants more he jst changes the housings

I\'ve got a brand new genuine Garrett T04S with a T3 hotside (.63A/R) if you\'re interested? Now that definitely would spool fast!!!

but out of interest how much u want for it?

Was hoping to get £450, although I\'ll probably end up just getting a proper T4 divided housing from the states and flog it together with my Greddy manifold.

The 0.84 one? I wonder what that\'d be like on a 7. I\'d personally like to get a tang divided housing, 0.96 or bigger. Need to do a bit of research on what will actually fit, think the turbine is P-trim.

EDIT: Just noticed it is a divided housing, although doesn\'t look like it\'s tangential. Might still be feasible tho.

HEELLLOOOO...i heard my name...yep its still for sale....its divided and its tangential....P trim also....so will fit any Garrett/Precision/Innovative/HKS/Masterpower...etc turbo......oh T4 Also
Ps.. also comes with v band downpipe flange and kit for downpipe.

smallest would really be 0.84......these come standard with a to4e kit and they sppol like twins but obviously with more top end.

hello matey

someone gave me very good money for the T3 turbo i had lol so bye bye to it lol

now got to get that manifold rewelded with a t4 flange and get a T4 turbo

Personaly think im going for a OBX turbo on the american forums they seem to like it not the best but way better than cheaper alternatives out there
