Earth from engine

Does the ground from the engine go to the chassis or the neg terminal? Have read different articles that seem to mention different ways.

Lots of different ways to ground the engine...im not sure if it has a ground as standard but you can buy grounding kits for the full engine for around £40 on ebay

Cool, I was just wondering how people normally earth from the engine as with the battery in the boot it\'s a pain routing the wire back there.

I\'ve been looking at the grounding kits from Pete Shrimp. Very tempted. The standard RX version should be ok for my triple from what I could see (not much difference when it comes to grounding).
