Mods required for an import to pass an MOT?

Hi Guys

I\'m thinking of importing a \'92 RX7 from Japan. What mods would it need to pass an MOT?

im pretty sure its 1. rear fog light 2. unleaded fuel nozzel( so that you cant put the leaded pump in) 3.change the speedo and tachometer to miles from km.

there may be more although thats what i know needs done
