How much for standard front bumper

Hi all,

I\'m thinking about getting an after market front bumper, so was wondering how much a standard mint front bumper would go for? (Basically so that I know how much I can off-set the cost by!! :p )

put it this way

for a brand new bumper for a 2nd gen it was 600 ex vat and had to be imported from somewhere ( and sprayed etc.. )

Fair point, but for someone to need on they will have had a front end impact.  It will need to be priced cheaper than an aftermarket bumper would cost or people would just buy that instead.  Your bumper is likely to need spraying regardless of what car it goes on.

If however you have a 99spec front end them im sure it would be worth a bit more as people want those anyway.

Most 2nd hand front ends go for £100 £150 max.
