Toad Ai606 wiring diagram/manual needed

has anyone got this they could send me. I want to take out the immobiliser section of the alarm so it just senses whether doors/bonnet/boot are open but doesnt mess with the ignition wiring.

richard ur insurance will be totally invalid as cat 1 alarm requires the immob of 2 circuits and u could end up with big problems..dont jump the gun find conclusive proof of reason for death of ur engine

my alarm isnt declared with the insurance as they dont do a reduction for cat1 alarms. Do you mean end up with big problems with insurance or with the car.

It looks as though there isnt any defiate reason for it going. Could be a number of things and i was just of the opinion that if i remove most of the possibilities then there is less chance of it failing again

best check with ur insurer as i know they wont give reduction for alarms/cat 1 but nearly all of them require a cat 1 alarm for high perf cars.the alarm will be totally pointless without immob as all they will do is enter car and hit siren with a hammer then drive away.immob is not a def preventer it just slows them down and rest of alarm is for convenience ie central locking

personally i think a snap off steering wheel is much better than any alarm. At the end of the day they can still steel a car with a cat1 alarm, but its impossible if there is no steering wheel; well, almost.

can anyone help i deprately need wiring diagram and insallation instuctions for a toad ai606 possibly a toad ai606lcv as have one fitted to car but wires were cut by the previous owner and cant get power to doar poppers or electric windows i can be contacted on msn messenger or email at mad_weigy@hotmail.co.uk thanks
