Clutch Setups?

From what I can gather reading other threads is that the in the FD is fairly strong, but what about the clutches, what would people say is the limit for a standard clutch.

Also I\'m interested to know what you guys use when you up the power?
I have seen good results in hatches with the Helix clutches, and I have felt how savage an AP Racing clutch is.
