help needed please

Can someone point me to the right direction please?
My car\'s developed a strange electrical fault.
Basically, when I turn on the ignition, the P FC doesn’t even come on, car not starting.  
However, whenever the P FC does come on, then it starts just fine??(this only happens occasionally though).
Furthermore, apparently, if you unplug the middle plug to the P FC, then you could start the car
What on earth is happening??    :3Confused
