Just seen this on ebay - the guy is honest and informs me it requires a rebuild but it doesn\'t make any difference to the car unless i wanted to increase the boost as all the seals and rotor blades are in good condition.  As i probably cant afford a rebuild any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well if it needs a rebuild it needs a rebuild, end of story really I imagine?  After that its just how much you want in the build so to speak.
