Fitting a greddy profec A

I want to fit a profec A to a fd, just wondering if i can just pipe the controller straight to the wastegate actuator and be able to control both turbos to a set pressure, i know there are two actuators on the turbo\'s, one for wastegate and other for sequential operation, just want to now if it will cause problems, also would i be able to run a non sequential setup and be able to control boost say to around 1bar. This will be my first RX7, just want to get some ideas.
