As its time to renew my insurance and as some of you may have read my previous post tesco have decide unless I suddenly age 14 months to 25 they won\'t be re insuring me this year I started phoning round.

A-plan came up trumps for me, I\'m 23;

6 yrs NCB protected,
40 quid windscreen excess,
400 insurance excess,
Alloys, Lowered, Exhaust, Bodykit.
Legal Protection
12,000 mile a year

930 GBP

Didn\'t think that was bad at all seeing as I\'m still young

they wouldnt renew your existing policy? im 25 in april but i think mine is up for renewal before then urghhh
There are performance cars and then there is the RX-7...........

12.3 second 1/4 mile, terminal speed of 122mph (1st ever drag run on a TO4R)

engine built by....... umm me! now powered by a T51 Kai......

I got a letter though from them about a month before my policy runs out saying due to a change in the underwriters we will no longer be able to insure drivers under 25 on this vehicle.

Don\'t worry about it you almost definately be able to get a better quote somehwere else.

when i rung up and spoke to matt he said no under 25s? im 21 and finding it quite hard to get insurance, best ive got is £2000 from firebond.. im only going to need it for about 2000 miles a year anyone know a good place for limited mileage? needs to insure a 21 year old driver though, this is a 2nd car with 2 years ncb, 4 years driving, hks air filter is only mod

They have a specific department for grey imports the number is 08450711234 I spoke to daniel.

Only pain with it is I can\'t drive other peoples cars on this policy.

a-plan wont insure under 23 unless you have lots of ncb
