Still got this rattling/bearing/air leak/gasket noise when boosting ?!!

When turbo 1 spools up and  I get positive boost, I always get a noise from the passenger footwell it seems.  It sounds like a rattling, almost like the dashboard were loose kinda vibration/resonance noise.  I get full boost, there is no smoke, but I do get the 3k rpm hesitation.

The car is booked in at RE Worx in middle of jan, but this is bugging me hugely.  Just wondered if anyone has any ideas, I don\'t know my way around that engine bay very well yet.  3rd Gen FD3S.

It stutters a little, I also get backfiring at low revs.  Only mod is cat back exhaust, and boost guage with controller.  Set to 0.6 bar.

I have checked all obvious hoses on to of engine, most are Silicon so no probs there.
