replacement hks element

hi my element spongey stuff looks a bit worse for wear, wheres the cheapest place to buy these and does anyone know what size i should be looking for?
does it need to be oiled? or does it come oiled already etc?

Any HKS dealer should be able to give you a replacement for them..... Tell \'em what car you have and type of filter(s) on it and they\'ll sort you out
