Getting a boost controller soon, i was planning on getting a greddy profec b2, but im stuck as to where im going to put the thing. I cant put it on the steering cowling as i have a boost gauge there, and my stereo is a double din, so it cant go under that. I dont know wether to pay a bit more for the Apexi avcr, as it comes with its own stand thing, but i havent heard particularly good things about them so i would prefer to get the greddy. Any ideas ??? thought about under the steering wheel, but then i wouldnt see it and might kick it off with my fat knees :rollin

 Cheers :god

That is the best place for it Scott mate, but i dont want to have to sell my re-boost gauge mount thing. maybe i could fashion something out of twine and hang it somewhere like a bauble :rollin  :rollin

I modified my dash to accomidate the fuel and boost controller, i moved the heater controls to behind the hand break. The other thing you can do is just buy a piller mounted pod for the boost guage to move that and put the boost controller on the cowling? that would better that conpromising on and getting the apexi just because it comes with its own stand IMO

That would be smart, i could even wear massive mirrored sun glasses and dig out my dog tags :p

I don\'t have a greddy but i hear they are the best for the rotaries.

Ok maverick before you get carried away here  :p  Check out the Eboost unit. It will sit in a 60mm pod i think. It is an awesome unit. CLive sells them i think thay are about 350 quid but allow you to adjust boost to set gears and rpm

Those Turbosmart boost controllers do look errrrr smart  The new plan could be to sell the boost gauge and mount and buy one of them!. IF !!that is they measure boost like a normal boost gauge?? does anyone know?? And can i still wear the big mirrored sunglasses? and listen to "take my breath away" on my tape deck :rollin

You are able to set an E-Boost to read either PSI or Bar

Hope this helps.
