just pickup my baby from ross at dragon after rebuild, now i\'m obviously watching the trip meter so i can run it in. the question i have is when these cars a brought over from japan and they change the speedo from km to miles per hour does the mileometer change as well? coz when i pcked it up, ross had put 57 km on car. the jouney home according to the google route planner was 161 MILES and ive put about 20 km on it today. now the trip meter says 264 km have been done since ross zero\'d it at test run. despite a calculator i cannot make all the journeys since the rebuild add up to 264 km.
what do you think?

Well if the speedo is reading in miles, the odo will be reading miles.

In my case the Trip says KM but displays the digits as Miles. Sounds like yours is still KM for both? See if you can borrow someones GPS.

        spoke to ross today, he says that yes, the ode meter although it says km\'s on it, that it will be measuring distance in miles. glad i asked now! better work it all out as my insurance is done on limited miles. thanks for the info chaps
