Reducing rattles

I\'ve noticed lately lots of rattles and squeaks coming from around the plastic parts of my car. i was just wondering how some of you have gone about reducing or eliminating them?? i am planning on soundproofing my car in the near future and i will notice them ever more so i will want to get rid of these a.s.a.p!

Is there a sort of \'liquid\' rubber you can put underneath the different plastic parts to sort of cushion them and stop them rattling??
