Accedentally ordered some rear discs instead of fronts. I know a dodgy noodle day ! Was chatting to the stockist and he said that the rear discs have become extremely hard to source because of a fault with the manufacture of the castings. I know his prices have gone from £76 a disc to £99 a disc overnight and he said he would be quite happy for me to return them, which i can\'t argue with. He said its just the extra he has to pay to actually have them in stock, which if true is reasonable enough.

I\'ve said i\'ll probably just buy the rears as well because my rears have seen better days, but have a 14 day grace if i change my mind.

Has anybody else encountered this problem lately ?

Cant say without knowing what manufacturer, cant imagine all manufacturers are having this problem.

I know alot of the time the castings are usually made by one or two companies and people just machine them to there own spec ! But the price increase is an interesting problem ! It was a problem with the pattern, but who knows if all this is true ?
