Afternoon all,

I\'m considering changing the wheels on my Rex, as after the crash damage is fixed (next weekish hopefully) the car will be like new outside, and i fancy a change from the BBS LM\'s.

I know that i\'ll probably get quite a bit for the BBS\'s, as they have F1\'s with lots of grip, and are in good condition. Probably around £800 i\'ve been told...

Anyhoo, i\'m looking at putting some 18" DoLuck Double Six rims on it, as they\'re the only wheels i\'ve photochopped onto the rex that i\'ve liked enough.

Does anyone know if they\'re sold in the UK? Can\'t seem to find anything on t\'imterweb.

They pretty pricey to import from the states....

Cheers,

Okay, just searched again and found www.do-luck.co.uk!!!!

Duh me!!!!

So, i\'ll change the question - what do people think of these rims?

I\'ll post up the pic of my Rex with them photoshopped on tonight...

I\'ve not seen any of these on an Rx7 before, only on skylines but i have to say they look the Mutts Nuts on them as they work so well with the straigher lines of the car.
Be great to see how they\'d look on a 7 though. :)
What size would you be thinking of going for?

They only come in 18", so i\'d probably go for 18x8.5 front, 18x9 rear.

I think thats what my BBS\'s are width-wise, but an inch less diameter.

My RX7 looks fantastic with the 66\'s on it, i\'ll do a betetr job of photoshopping them on tonight and post up a pic.

They\'re pretty pricey - c.£2000 without tyres, but it\'d be good to be one of the first Rex\'s with them on...

I looked at these a while back: The following was recommended...

F : 18x 9.0 +35 High Disc W/235-40-18 (Omm from the fenders)
R : 18x10.0 +40 STD Disc W/255-35-18 (-3mm from the fenders)

The thing that prevented me from purchasing was the cost - a few months back admittedly, but they were £455+vat each for 18\'s.

Yep, Sumo run the website linked above.

I\'m popping down there in a couple of weeks to view the wheels in the metal and decide on the finish....

Still gotta swallow the £2000 it\'ll cost me before tyres though.....
