uprated primaries or secondaries?

Ive come to the point where my fuelling needs an upgrade, looking at the price of injectors im starting to think it might be a better idea to uprate the primaries to 850cc rather than get 1300cc secondaries. This will provide me with enough fuelling for my current needs but my query is: is there a downside to running larger primaries, ie poor running, etc

Providing you have it mapped accordingly this wont be a problem and it will tick over like normal.
