hold button on the auto???

Does anyone know what this does?

Just wondered as i\'m hopefully getting my one in the next week and was just interested.

Also does it have kick down (that may be a very silly question i know) !!???

Hi Alex,

Yes it does have a kick down and the hold button is to hold it in gear. So if you wanted to kind drive in semi-auto mode engage the hold button put it in L which is 1st and bobs your uncle instead of the auto box changing at around 5,500rpm it will stay in desired gear until you manually change it to second.
