why are you taking off the crank pully anyway ???

its the waterpump pully you need to take off

i know that dude but the crank pulley is in the way of the pump pulley and i can get it passed. also a bolt i need to undo is just behind the crank pulley, its gay.

leave the big bolt in the middle, its done up at 95 ftlbs, with loktite,  just take the four little 10mm bolt around the outside.  the holes in the pulleys are not square so they only go back one way.
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

i had the four little bolts out but its was still solid, is it just a case of prying at it or what dude?

yes,   the big 19mm bolt in the middle is your front hub bolt that keeps all your front assembly in place,  its not good to take it out while your engine is horizontal as your bearings can drop off the spacer behind the front cover.

The pulleys are just bolted to the the front hub but can rust on a little and will take some persuading.
