more loose wires

am still trying to sort a few probs with the dodgy idle and boost problems and today found these wires that appear to have been pulled out from somwhere the green one i think goes into the ecu as i can see a gap for it but the black one is comming from the ecu and goes nowhere  

any ideas where the wires go and what they do

i also had a look under the plenum to have a gander at the rats nest and there are loads of pipes dissconnected and others with bolts in them so am gonna change these also
