Blitz NUR what\'s it worth...(Alternatives?)

I\'m toying with getting rid of my Blitz NUR spec exhaust as it\'s too loud for my tastes and more importantly is too low when combined with my low suspension.

The problem is, what\'s it worth? and what could I therefore then afford to replace it with that was quieter...but stainless...and thinner?

Anyone had a wunoff or similar one produced? or just a stainless copy of the stock ehaust.?

Might sound daft but I would be happy with standard power, I\'m not going to be boosting the car, or anything special. the current spec is believed standard type r \'93 with HKZ induction and Blitz exhaust, that\'s all.

Try Ross @ Dragon.  Their custom made exhaust are what you may be looking for; not too steep in price and not too louuuuud :mad:

I have just got my car ready and will post pictures soon.   I\'ve got the one with 5" tail but they also do a one with 3" tail pipe.

Try and hear it first though, I have a 2.75" cat back stainless with a 5" pipe from Dragon and although it\'s not mega loud it pops and bangs like nobodies business - I love it !!!! Other than that my car is standard under the hood.

i have a re-amemiaye cat back nice and quiet and enough grunt when you open it up, can think about doing a deal if you like

Got my new (standard) quiet exhaust..and although I\'m not sure I like the "new" sound I am about to put the Blitz NUR spec up for sale, might put it on ebay as I have no idea what it is worth.

It\'s from the cat back, fits perfectly on all the original mounts and aswell as sounding great, the "silencer" and tail pipe are polished to a mirror finish. (full length of pipe would polish if you could be bothered)

If any of you lot want it first then let me know your "bids" before Wednesday 6th April at 9pm and if reasonable I will not be putting it on ebay.

cant you use a Blitz bung on the Nur? to soften the sound of the exhuast?

like on supras/s15s etc
