Hi

I took delivery of these lights last week from the USA and I have been getting them ready to put on my car.

First thing I did was remove the old headlights.
Second thing I did was to get the new lights colour coded to my car PZ black.

The light units consist of the following parts.
Two pods to secure to the car.
Two headlight unit to secure into the pods.
Two sets of wires to atacth into the original loom.

Pics of all items are below.

The wires for the twin head lamps are a simple plug and play into the original connector. I dry fitted these ligths and they all powered up and worked. I did not attach the additional posistive to another power source yet, but the instructions stated the following
The additional positive wire has to be connected to another + supply this is to draw more current for the lights as a precaution, I presume the new lights draw more power than the original headlight units.

The angel eyes which are in all 4 circular hadlight are powered by the side light wiring, you can opt for disabling the original side light and just use the angel eyes or keep the original and the angel eyes togeather.
I simply ran a feed from the current side lights in to the black and red wires you can see in the reverse of the lights.

Here is a image of the headlight from the front, using a flash to iluminate the units.

Hopefuly tomorrow, time and wife permitting:)  I will get around to securing these onto my car.
I will then do a follow up to show how this is done and I will show the headlights and angel eyes working.

First thing is that a little hammering is needed to get the pod to fit.
The bolow bracket needs to be moved over for the pod to sit correctly.

MIne ws little rusty as you can see in the pic, I will be getting that sorted son.

The thread which you can see in the center of the pic above the beige thing had a nut on it, remove the nut as this is going to be a securing point for the pod.

Eddie

I now put all the wires through the hole in the pod
I then inserted the pod and bolted in place, you can see the shiney new bolts.
I also replaced the nut I mentioned in the previous mail.

Tightened it all up

Eddie

I then got the colour coded headlight unit and secured it to the pod using four bolts top and side, these allow a adjustment so the unit can be tweaked so it fits correctly.
