Hi Lee,

Interested in the group buy but my car\'s a non-standard colour - not sure even what the colour is so it\'ll be tricky getting it colour coded by the supplier!!!

I think the best bet would be for me to not have it painted - what price diff would that make?

Can you tell me what size  (diameter) the lights are?  Reason im asking is I already have a C West headlight conversion, was thinking these would look great in mine!  Do you know if they would sell the light units seperately?  Or would it be easier to buy the ones the likes of Halfords supply?

Eddie

Hi all

Anyone up for the group buy on these needs to let me know by Wednesday noon at the latest, I have a had a fair few interested parties so you now need to say yes or no please.

I am going to be ordering them Monday afternoon and once there ordered I will not be doing another group buy on these.

The current price is now 240 deliverd to your door

As I mentioned in my previous mail I can get these colour coded for an extra 50 quid, all I will need is you colour code for the car, please make sure your car has not been re painted another colour:) as once they are painted and sent out then thats it, you may be best of seeing how much a body shop near you will charge to code them at least that way the body shop can have a good look and colour match a sample for you before colour coding.

Cheers

Hi Eddie

Please don\'t take this the wrong way but I need a couple of points cleared up before I part with my hard earned.

As I understand it you will be collecting a fair bit of money and sending it off to your supplier for payment and delivery.

Now, my contract would be with you so what happens if:

1/ The goods don\'t arrive.
2/ The goods are faulty.
3/ You run off to spain with all the money:D

I don\'t have a problem will you making a few quid out of this but if you\'re going to make some money imo you should take some of the risk or give some assurance that you can cover any  loss.
Or would it be a case of "sorry lads the suppliers done a bunk"

Regards

John

Good questions John and I dont take offense, you are correct to ask these questions.

I will be paying the supplier then collecting money from you guys.
I was going pay for the items via paypal up front (sharing the risk seeing as I will be paying for 4 sets:) I consider it a big risk, what if you dont send me a cheque? or pull out after saying yes I get stuck with a set of lights I dont want.
When I have paid for the items I will then request cheques from you guys, I bank the cheques whilst the goods are in transit, by the time the goods arrive your cheque should have cleared, I send them out direct to you.
Any problems then your money gets refunded and I take action with the seller via paypal so you dont actually bare any of the risk I do.

I am covered by Paypal protection:)

1) I fully insure items via shipment
2) The seller has a returns policy
3) Wish I had enough money to run of to Spain mate, but some how the wife and kids won\'t like that:)

Well hope that answers you question.

One last thing I am making enough money to cover my messing around sorting this out and sending items out, I was actually trying to offer a good deal to group members like I got so they can benifit its not a profit driven thing.
The only benifit I get is the seller giving me discount on other items he sells.

This is how the deal works out:

If 4 buy
Lights 300 dollar  161 quid
Shipment 67 dollars 36 quid
duty when they arrive 30 quid
ME shipping them back out 20 quid

Total 247 english pounds

This is for 4 pairs.

I currently have only 1 yes if you agree that is 2, not enough to get this price.

Lights will be 349 dollars if I only get 2 yes\'s.

But we shall see by Wednesday how many people want them.

As everyone knows these lights are avaliable in this country already for 299, if anyone has any doubts then please buy them from over here, it reeally is no hassle to me infact it will save me hassle:)

I hate to bring up an old topic, but it was brought to my attention. I am the person who sold the headlights and was wondering if more are interested. They have been a real hot item and would love to do a group discount for any members. The price on them on ebay uis 184.99pounds which includes shipping. Ill do 174.99 outside of ebay with payment being made via Paypal. I currently have 4 left in stock and hopefully will be getting more. I also have Black lexus style tails, jdm style front indciators and crystal side repeaters. You can email me if interested or have any questions.

Eddie

I wish these had been around when I bought mine from Raceon in the US, would have saved me a few quid, are well. I saw these  on Ebay UK and canceled the group buy from the states, I could not get near that price.

All I can say is that I am well happy with them and for this price for a set of modern RX7 headlights you cant go wrong, I know some people like the pop up style but I think they are so old looking :)

Anyone fitteda  carbon pair yet?
