1st gen set up?

Hi folks
Can anyone recommend good springs & dampers for a mk3 1st gen?

I\'m using tokico illumina adjustables and standard springs on mine.

most US guys seems to like Racing beat springs in combination with the Tokico illumina\'s but I got fed up of waiting after 3 months as rotechnics kept saying they will be in the next container :rolleyes:  if your lucky they may have my springs in stock by now !! (if they do :mad:  :rollin  not really)

the other springs I was considering were suspension techniques ones ... yet again not available in the UK though
