two pacet fans. one is just under 2500cfm and the other is just under 500cfm.

the big one on its own works fine but after speaking to people that only have one they say, it gets a bit hot in summer or similar things like that. so two seems like a good idea.:burnout

ill get some pics of the install.

grinder

so i assume that they both suck air thru the rad ??

can we have a nice step by step guide to everything

i really wanna loose the fan in my car - but i dont want to just stick some fans in - i have no idea how to make them start and stop and the such like

although my fan seems to run all the time - which i assume is no bad thing ???

thanks

stu

they could suck a melon through a garden hose :rollin

sort of..

when i take the pics ill get some of the wireing and relay for you.
a small note for you.  the normal t2 rad was usless for me. i honestly belive the rad was designed for the use with a big viscous fan. when i put the rew engine in, it obviosly doesn\'t have one so i could not put one on to see if it could keep the engine cool. even with these two fans it was running to hot.

i know people have fitted them to fc\'s though.
pics might not be coming soon as i want to develop whats in the camera first. no more pics left:spank

i made it out of steel sheet. cut two strips and welded them to the top and bottom edge. i then hammered the edge over to give a nicer finish and to add strength. bent the sides to go around the rad and bolt to the exsisting rad mounts. cut the holes out and bolted the fans in. then welded the bolts. as i said im not happy about the way it sits on the top hose so i will make a new one out of ally now and put the frst one down to experience.

i have a custom one from radtec. its a work of art even though he got two of my mesurments wrong so had to MAKE it fit:rolleyes:

the viscous fan is sapping you bhp but lets be honest, are you in need of an extra few horses to get you up to the shops:)

it really is your choice ( holding my breath waiting to get

:flamed )

t2rew

the viscous really does move some air

Good work, looks really professional. I wouldn\'t mind something like that eventually, at the moment i\'m using a fan and shroud from a ford probe. The fan is deffinatley powerfull enough but the shroud doesn\'t quite cover all of the radiator.
