Suspension clearance info needed!

Helloooo!i have a bit of a question about my wheels and suspension-i have wheels marked 7",but they turned out to be 7.5" on my FB.the clearance is pretty nominal on the front wheels between the inside of the rims,and the suspension set up(koni adjustables,at full extension as far as  i can tell).What i\'m trying to say is,because the car now looks jacked up,can i safely fit lowering springs without the tyres rubbing?or do i need to fit spacers(which would probably look carnage)?i hope i\'ve described the problem as best i can:(  oh yeah,195/50/15s is the size!

I have a fag packet clearance to the strut on my car too, doesn\'t ever touch as it all moves with the wheel.
