just a note on vinyl wraps... the large panel that runs from the rear quarters up and over the roof is next to impossible to wrap with one sheet, so there will be a seam.

Can\'t tell completely from the pictures but it looks like the windshield nozzles are worn down to the primer.  They look whitish to me.  If the clearcoat is damaged then a respray is a must.  But it really depends on how long you plan on keeping the car.  If it was my car a respray would be in order.  Good luck on whatever you do and post some pics after.
