FDS3 Fibreglass Parts

I\'d like a lightweight bootlid in FRP, unless the carbon was just carbon and not an overlay onto FRP like the seibon ones. Trouble is I don\'t have the cash which is a right pain!
I\'d have to make some new mounts to remount the rear wing as a lightweight boot would crack and fracture! Unless you went bare that is.

what ever you wanted i could make 100% carbon isint realy any advantege over frp backed carbon realy thoe.
 
see the thing is people mistake carbon panels for sale for the real carbon.
but to get the real carbon its diffrent weav, diffrent resin, bake\'d at constant temps and preasures etc and ould never be worth while for a car part,
 
in fact if you made real carbon box you could run it over with a tank and it would be barley scratched,
 
fiberglass backed carbon puts all the properties of auto spec carbon and fiberglass to good use. and saves cash
