Bored today so I\'ve done an idiot\'s guide for these \'Poly Bush Engine Mount\' swap from the original as no one somehow seems interested.....

So how do you get the mounts off the chassis and engine? Is that part easy? I\'m tempted by these as it also seems pretty cheap really but not sure if I fancy attacking the small confines of a FD engine bay ;)
Montego Blue 94 R2 FD3S... Bling not included.

Has anyone fitted these yet? my engine mounts are gone, would very much like some feed back on these  :)
