Thanks. Now fingers crossed for mot pass. In the meantime, some new shoes will soon be needed. But what to go for? The white striped option is tempting, but choice is limited. Vitour (anybody heard of that make?) have a striped one in 185/70 and Nankang a similar one in 185/80. Current tyres are 185/70. 🤔

Out of the garage on the new springs, then back in for fresh oil/oil filter, new coolant and putting some bling back on the radiator grille. Next is a bit of "make up" front and back. More about that later. And, of course, the MoT looming end of next week. If all goes well, the season should finally be opened!

Those orange semi-circles between the rear lamps and back panel have been annoying me for some time. Applied some "eyeliner" today. A temporary measure. Will re-do this properly next time the lights are coming off, but it will do for now.

Looks a lot better now. Also "deleted" the last orange-coloured bits behind the oil cooler air intakes. Much tidier. And a full wash and polish does good, too, after a winter of dusty storage.
