More parts of the jigsaw arrived today, the sump which I am very impressed with and the third Rotor arrived from Japan

Those big thick ears should support the engine nicely

You will see below that we now have some serious rubber as a christmas present for Christine 
 

I spotted on e-bay a set of Hankook tyres that were not only the sizes I wanted but also the compound I wanted.

Turns out the guy had just bought an Ultima and these new tyres came with it, new and unused with an invoice that said £1200 ------------ I knocked him down a little, OK a lot and got them for just £400 for the set, bit early for tyres but wow at that price  .


Then today my 12x18 Konigs arrived in from Good-Win-Racing in America who helped me with the price so it really is Happy Christmas Christine

Looks like I will need at least these flares to cover those monsters

A big part of the Jigsaw arrived today.  Graphically shows how much longer the new engine will be.

Last big bit now is deciding which Turbo to use. Looking like it will be a Borg Warner equivalent to a  Garrett GT4294 / GT42 Turbo 1.15 A/R as the Borg Warner should be cheaper.

I've heard good things about Pulsar turbo's aye. I'm not sure on part numbers or sizes though haha

Good Day today and made huge progress on the badly broken manifold.

Off to the welders tomorrow and then for Steve to mill the faces and its a another big step forward
