Power is nothing without control. Weight is enemy of performance, handling and braking.

When putting harness on.. dont forget to secure the tail on the loom that goes to 02 neutral and reverse switch. There a hole on top of GB perfect for a cable tie.. else loom slack hangs down. Usually melting on exhaust but that wont happen on yours.

EAT SLEEP ROTOR REPEAT.

o2 wont be an issue, but yeah, pays to tie down those other 2....

I know the hole you mean, and its easy access in my bay due to the recessed bulkhead. Which in turn makes swapping oil filters easier too haha

Engine is a work of art. And that's a very literal union jack you got there.  :great:

Not sure if anyone else has ever tested oil spray nozzles.

Read the manual, use a vacuum pump to test the non return valve.

I've bought a brake bleed kit for 15 quid as the dial goes up to 66.5kpa or 500 mmhg which is the requirement. Need to hold negative pressure or not lose 20 mmhg over 1 minute.

Plus I can use the kit for bleeding my brakes lol

So found one dodgy one that potentially could be a prob. If the non return valve don't work the compression could go back up and not lubricate the internals of the housing.

I've got 4 spare from an old 192, so may have spares. At £110 plus vat each it's expensive.

It may be absolutely fine, but at this stage with it all out im not taking risks.

Im also not messing about premixing at the fuel station on a road based car. Track car only is different.

Well the 4 spares from the 192 are even worse. Air passes quicker than I can draw the vacuum lol
Oh well on the hunt for one

I'm still running a oil pump but still premix a little just for safety......plus the uninitiated wonder what the f##k I'm up to

Yeah I shall premix on the first start up, the wind it back.
I'm running a sohn adaptor with its own 2 litre tank of 2T, all the benefits of premixing, without the mess on the forecourt

At what heat does it peel off ?
Or will you just be cruising

Done plenty of research on t interweb.

Bryce from kindig customs who is one of the best custom places going in my opinion wrote an article to say providing the engine is oil free, clean, and been prepped properly, normal 2k automotive paint is fine.... That's all they use.

Been on plenty of forums, they all say they painted in normal paint without any issues.

I'm thinking give it a whirl, what's the worst that can happen? It will burn off?

If it gets so hot to burn paint then I don't hold out much hope for the clear omp oil lines that sit on the block. Or the wiring harness that pretty much does the same. And all that upper intake that's also trapping the hot air in that local area.

To conclude..... I'm not concerned lol

Only kidding drive
Checking you have the later inlet manifold with pipe outlet to stop the oil burp ?

I've got a system that goes to catch tank when it burps then drains back down to the sump on the big wing
