I would go for it though

2 x olive green metallic 1973 Coupés for week 21!

Sorry about the soundtrack for this week's entry. One almost expects to see a monster truck ad!
Looks like it's all about quick bucks: no time to fix the faulty rear lamp wiring. BUT: a lovely 1973 coupé all the same.

Thank you, that's so nice.

You're welcome!

What a clean engine bay

Love the olive green one too - different, but I like it

Rx2 otw has gone on holiday. Back in a few weeks.
Leave you with the slogan on the side window of this 73 coupé:
"No valves/ No pistons/ No problem"

Bouncing off of the picture above, here's one of the RX-8 launch day we attended at Sheffield in 2003

And another of Dave's wonderful FB (and Dave) from the same day.

Here's one you can buy! Series IV 616 neatly converted to 12A and 5-speed box. Looks good, too, at "half price" of an original.

This week, a candy red 73 coupé

An a bonus post! 1974 616 sedan for sale (£ 1,500). Admittedly, it has rolled on its roof some time during its life, and had the roof changed. You can see the weld on the C-pillar in the pics. But car has done less than 30K miles! See the ad at: https://www.finn.no/car/used/ad.html?finnkode=263534330

Anyone up for a rat-look Rx2 clone project?

I got all excited there, clicked on it hoping it was a two door
