Brad it obviously helped that after you cleaned the windows, I could see where I was going .

Below are the 1st and 2nd laps after the McLaren got by!   To me, he should have been long gone with the Aston bearing back down on me  !!

Did the wheel last December.
Steve donated a steering wheel he had laying around, then I bought the hub and quick release, then Steve machined bits so I could get the wheel sitting exactly where I wanted it to

Small dab of threadlock on the bolts for wheel to hub. All my cars with aftermarket steering wheels come loose over time.

I Used nylocks, but will bear that in mind

defo add to preflight checks.. many a times ive had to tighten my 7 steering wheel up to point i have threadlocked and an allen key in glovebox.
Cars going very well...is it me but she sounds different?
