Looks an exceptionally professional piece of work :icon_thumleft:

I've been playing with the Arduino development board for a while now, learning about what it can do and designing a couple of programs, but that board looks tremendous in comparison to where I am at  :notworthy:
Well none of it is to do with me.

I just have geeky friends lol

First one out the mould

New woven glass fibre trial. Opposed to using chopped strand matting

This door card weighs about 100 grams and is miles stronger than chopped strand

£4.88 a metre opposed to £28.88 for carbon

I'd probably use epoxy resin instead of polyester for body panels for a bit more strength.

Carbon fibre looks gorgeous but I can't justify the extra money for a minimal disadvantage in strength compared to twill weave glass fibre

Well I don't really have anything to say on this...... and I really shouldn't comment as the concept of my rotus is exactly the same.

But there are some things you cannot un-see

Its a running driving conversion so somebody done the wrench time which deserves respect.

Nor very exciting but progress is progress

Going forward with the door cards, got the door openers and internal locking sorted with the new door cards

Lots of elbow room for steering but denied any window (polycarbonate) winding down.

I do have a door pocket and a beer holder though
