Hey Malcolm.

I'm used to using up loads of space, generally when my 18 stone frame sits down lol .

Started my health kick on Monday. Been on the treadmill sweating and wheezing every night this week.

Living on fresh air and salad. Gotta get down to 13.5 stone.

So in addition to losing weight, getting healthy, and enjoying exercise, I'm reliving my youth with another set of 4 wheeled transport

I bet that skateboard doesn't handle well in the ice though, even though it's 4 wheel drive 

I managed to get down from 13st 5lb to just until 12st over the year to December. Simple changes in diet and more exercise did the trick.

I then decided to relax the regime over December and enjoy the festive period. Back on the old regime now (apart from the Panettone we still have to eat sometime  ), and already back down to 12st 4lb this morning. Ideally, I'd like to be in the range 11st 7lb to 12st, so If I can get down to 11st 7lb by next Christmas I'll have headroom to relax the diet and not worry about it!

One issue is my 36" trousers are all getting loose, so having to get some 34". Maybe I can even get to the 32" of my early 20's at some point

Used to love skateboarding
I do use treadmill everyday power walking as it free's up a tight back
Have started light jogging but me knees ain't feeling the love
Just ordered a spin bike
Should be here early next week

Nah nothing that drastic.

Just thought I'd seen the back of grp.

Been trying to find a decent place on the dashboard to mount my lcd display for the electric water pump.

Trouble is, my dashboard has more curves than a supersize BBW bikini contest.

So taking inspiration from the inside of Clive's rx4, thought I'd make a panel up in the roof to mount it and space for some additional rocker switches etc.

It will cover the cross beam for the roll cage too

More filler n sanding ......
