Finally !!!

After cutting the headlight shrouds up and glassing them back together again they finally fit

I hate them I never wanna see them again!

The whole polycarb / acrylic / shroud / pattern / mould fiasco just took too much time.

Anyway. ..... onward

That dust is just from today. I wonder if I tip some linseed oil back in the tin I can make filler again lol

Been better. On the mend now.
Beer + one wheel electric skate board =(censored)ed finger.
Pins are out now and I've managed one night off the booze in several months. So moving in the right direction

The surgeon said I exploded the knuckle joint. The xray today shows a big gap/gorge on the joint surface. Going to give me trouble for life I think.
Second night off the booze! I picked up a 4 pack of beer earlier at tescos, called myself a twat and put it back on the shelf

Paul I'm trying to put a positive spin on the situation but struggling without defying the rules of the forum being a family show.

You now have a "Heineken finger" .... " it refreshes parts other fingers cannot reach"

Doh! That's one of the problems with reading and replying on a phone screen. Didn't spot the avatar with ageing eyesight and assumed it was Jamie posting on his topic

Glad it's not the accident prone Jamie then  , but very sorry for Paul.
