I honestly think ill be wasting my time bud, I remember you mentioning about doing some repairs to the RX8 ones.

Ive looked at lots of different shapes, even the lotus elise ones are uni-axial i.e. 1 bend. its bending it around on that second bend.

The material needs to stretch. Imagine trying to wrap a piece of A4 paper around a football...... it gathers up around the edges as theres too much material in the wrong areas.

what I SHOULD have done was to simplify my design of the headlight layout when I made the front end, or try bending some polycarb before hand to realise the limitation with multi axial components.

Ah well, win some lose some. Im not too disheartend by it
