Been doing a little bit to the race car, getting ready for Brands .

Started to look at getting some weight out of the car.  (cheapest way of getting the car to go faster)

Took some more sounding deadning out of the car, chopped some more out of the doors, a big box section on the passenger floor has now gone plus the lower rear door locks and all the door rubbers. Total 7 kilo.

I have mailed a company about a pair front doors in fiberglass and even though my doors are chopped out like mad they still weigh 15 kilo each, the fiberglass ones would save 20 kilo.

Philip sorted out a new rear camera and we should now have some better rear shots as the camera is now mounted outside off the body.

7kg is a good start! Be even greater if you get those doors.

Will that include getting rid of the glass in the doors also?
