The bottom part that’s bolted to the roof I made again from scratch......

The tolerances were too tight and the lid wouldn’t go over the upstand on the sides.

I took the original off, threw it away in a fit of temper, took the mould, cut it into 3 pieces to remove 10 mm out the width, bonded the mould back together and made a new piece. Made the drain tube more of a horizontal angle too so the pipe can go over the main hoop of the tool cage



You can see the scars on the mould

Oooo not finished that one yet. It’s part of a pattern for exit ducts on the back of the red fans.
Waiting for polyurethane foam to arrive, then do pie cuts with my giganormous mitre block
