Ok folks I’m undecided
So I need a show of hands

I’ve painted on an area in blue for the lens shape
So  option A is a bit more traditional maybe gt40/787 square across the body

Or option B is a more modern angry eyes style.

Trying to work out what are you are saying to Jon, its either balls or get your hands out of my pockets  :)) :)) :)) (only joking)

Seriously, what ever you choose as with all the other work, I'm sure the covers will look great. :great:

Lol neither.

I’m gonna make a male and female former out of grp. Hang some polycarbonate on the conveyer system that goes through the powder coating oven, then when is comes out all floppy, shape it between the formers.

I’ve read if you line the formers with baize (snooker table felt) the polycarbonate will slide nicely and not catch anywhere when you squeeze the formers together.

If it all goes tits up I’ve found a place in Colchester that could help

Ive bent it with a heat gun at work to make machine guards...
Temperature critical..too much bubbles and melts.

Hot gun along a cut edge turns white edge back to see through.

Fingers crossed! Dont forget the hot mitts!
