well i thought if I take a grp mould of the bodywork as it is that can be the female side.

Iâ€™ll lay up more grp of that female mould on the inside that can be the male.

I was gonna have a go at drape moulding by putting some 3 or 4mm polycarbonate in the powder coating oven at work laying it over the male mould take it out once it starts going soft then put the female over the top and squeeze it down.

Hoping it will act like pressing steel in a tool.

I was gonna make all the car glass in the same way so this could be a dummy run .

I made the grp panels way oversized coz I dunno what shape it will end up being cut I start cutting holes, just wanna capture all the contours n rads before the saw comes out
