I think what jarno is trying to say is the throttle pedal needs to be set back from the other pedals at rest so when applying brake the pedals are flush with each other so a flat foot can be dipped to right to blip da throttle.
Id start for now appyling brake with your big toe.

Ahh gotcha..... that may be an issue as the top of the throttle pedal is only 10mm away from the headers and I need to lay up some grp to go in between yet and cover up the hole.

I think some more playing with the ergonomics are required.

It’s makes more sense now as the technique I was using meant trying to dislocate my right hip to the point I thought, this is too painful I’ll skip doing heel n toe.

More repositioning.......

Yup got it...

It’s hard to determine on the pedal box on the floor with no fluid to set a firm pedal.

I’m currently sat in the 8 and it’s a piece of .... anyway.

Thankfully I’m not a size 12 (Wayne ya know what they say about men with big feet)

When I get back I’ll use the 8 to measure from and transfer dims across

Thanks fellas..... always helpful

To be fair the 8 is good at big toe little toe and swivelling the ball of your foot and traditional heel both work comfortably. But then I’m wearing W I D E sketchers.

Good old Mazda...... tapping into their R&D and nicking dimensions once again
