Heard back from them today.... 180 quid for a pair of springs
Seems that 70mm id springs are hard to find off the shelf

They are Eibach and Öhlins. But not off the self...

Springs hight doesent affect ride hight. If you leave your car high, I reckon 300mm spring would fit tho. Ride hight is determined where do you leave your  lower mount

They should be ok. 250 spring would fit even tho you went really low
