Staggeringly amazing work  :13:

BTW I think when its done the car should be presented for the next Bond movie, after all you do have the rocket launcher in place  ;)
All the best Clive

Cheers Clive.... It looks the part..... The amazing part of it wont be revealed until it's finished and I can find out if it actually works. I've done enough swotting and research on the topic, but I think I've only scratched the surface still lots to learn, and you can only make your best guess using formulas and case studies as I have. There are no hard and fast rules, cars are vastly different you can fit the same part to 2 different cars and get varying results.

The real successes are being out on the track like you do, and seeing if it physically makes a difference, but I'm not there yet.

I won't be making a wind tunnel in the shed lol.

I'm under no illusion, I won't be designing multi stage wings for the front of Lewis hamiltons formula 1 car; but air is one of the few things in life that IS free. I may as well try to use it to my advantage.

Getting to grips with this dark art of fibreglassing. I dare say the father in law will get me roped in to making him stuff for his new toy.

Roger Moore had a lotus didn't he?? Don't ask me to get the wheels to tuck in and make it turn into a boat....... But then it is made from the same crap as canoes  :13:

Thats enough for one day.....

..... need to shorten the silencer by another 1"  :angryfire: :angryfire: but hey ho its no biggie.

happy with the overal fit.. looks like there will be enough suspension travel for the lower arms.

Any resduial air that comes down the transmission tunnel that doesnt escape out the centre vent will pass between the top of the diffsuer and the boot floor and scoop upwards around the bumper.

Couple of tweeks required, the bolts hanging out the bottom of the diff need shortening, easy fix.

Oh and the father in law just landed an unfinished lotus 7 replica 80% complete for £600 ! :violent1: Jammy *^%$£%$^&**

busy weekend ahead.
That is low. You could replace the studs with bolts?

Jamie R

I've hacked the studs back with no adverse effects.

10mm clearance now

That vid emphasises yours and Jons point, not that I have 4 rotors ....
