Nice to see Mallory from a different angle.

Good to see lots of overtaking with cars of very different characteristics, you and the clios remind me a bit of the old days when the minis used to be up against the big yanks tanks.

Couldnt get a fag paper between you 2 on that last bend.

My backside would have been twitchin

Good job you don’t do this sort of racing Clive. Last weekends events could have been very different

Clive couldn't you take the side windows and and put netting in instead?

Just had a look at the mx5 cup cars and it's funny how they don't have side windows or netting.

What do you wear safety wise Clive? A helmet obviously, racing suit gloves and shoes? Have you got a hand device? Fire extinguisher?

All things I'm going to have to get once iv done my car

Didnt leave you any room did he, he turned himself around on you trying to block you to the line. :dontknow:

I think a shift light would help you Clive in the heat of battle to get the shift up done at the optimum time and stop you hitting limiter.  I have 1 in the rx7. it was only £70. 5 stage progressive, and real simply to fit live neutral and a trigger off coil. 1 further wire which you ground to set the max rpm... :mumum:

ill find link.

mallory looked very small and scary with naff all run off. :sign0098:

Yes, As per rules, helmet,  fire prof  racing suit, gloves, shoes and Hans device, I do find the Fire extinguisher a little bulky to wear though :D :D

Grant, well spotted I have just seen the Super Cup cars have nothing to stop your arms flying out the window whilst rolling.

Years ago a friend of mine rolled at Lydden and as a reaction put his arm out the window and held onto the roof!!

He left imprints of his fingers on the roof but did not break them.

We showed  him lots of sympathy by painting the outline of his fingers in red on the roof  >:D

I have actually been considering a window net for next year anyway.

OK Grant, what racing are you thinking of doing ???
All the best Clive
